We believe in continuing education. We provide all team members with ongoing training as well as support from manufacturers and leading industry educators.

In our continued effort to provide our clients with the best qualified service providers, we operate a "Roam Free Policy", where clients can feel free to try any service provider they wish.

	JEFF CHARLES stylist & trichologist Jeff has been cutting hair since 1980 and is a member of the institute of Trichologists in England. This qualification allows Jeff to help and treat people who suffer with hair loss and/or other ailments regarding hair and scalp. His passion for the industry is apparent when it comes to client care and attention to detail in day to day running of the salon. His sound technical knowledge regarding structure of hair makes him a valuable member of the team.
	PEGGY GREGOROVIC stylist & colorist Regarded as one of the Weston’s top stylists with 35+ years experience, Peggy is well known for her precision cuts and innovative color techniques. She continues staying on the cutting edge of hair styles and fashion by constantly attending educational classes and seminars of top artists. Peggy’s passion for hair design is most evident in the looks she creates for her clients.
	MARIA ARIAS stylist & color specialist Maria’s career began in 2002 at New York’s Neiman Marcus Premier Salon. Her career has taken her to great heights in color and unique style of highlighting techniques. Maria’s motto is to be a source of superb service, while offering exceptional quality without compromising the health of your hair. Maria is a member of the Helen Charles Salon artistic team and her contribution to the recent fashion shows and photo shoots has enabled the salon to claim its fame in this direction.
	SARAH BEARDEN creative stylist & colorist Sarah was born and raised in Nottingham, England and is a bright, new talent in the US. She brings the latest looks and trends with cutting edge styles and techniques. She has spent two years with Lancôme increasing her knowledge in make-up. She is an Aveda graduate with extensive training, working alongside Aveda’s top global colorists. Sarah has become part of our artistic team, heading up the salon’s editorial department and working on projects such as international fashion shows, the latest being in Miami Fashion Week.
	XANTHE CHARLES shellac/natural nail technician Xanthe brings her strengths from London, giving her techniques that European flair. Having a great passion for what she does, Xanthe will leave your nails feeling fantastic and revived, time and time again. If you love a British accent, you’ll love how she talks to your nails!
	ZOILA JAQUEZ master colorist & stylist Zoila has passion for creating beautiful hair. She is a master stylist with well over 2 decades of expertise. She graduated from Robert Fiance Hair Design Institute on New York City’s 5th Avenue. She travels around the world, continuously expanding her knowledge, always being on the cutting edge of new trends.
	GRACE DIAZ-GERDTS creative stylist & colorist Originally from Miami, Florida, Grace joined the Helen Charles team in 2009, having a years’ experience with Paul Mitchel. After joining the Helen Charles team, Grace worked closely under Helen’s wing and guidance, building her skills and perfecting her style. Today Grace is a vibrant member of our team, with her own flare and a passion for what she does, always leaving her client satisfied from the time they enter, to the moment they leave.
	JOSHUA GORDON licensed massage therapist Joshua is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Sports Massage Therapist  with over  10 years experience in the spa and medical field. Josh received his training from the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville Florida.  As part of Josh’s internship he worked with the sports teams at the University of Florida and Santa Fe Community College. Along  with being a Licensed Massage Therapist , Joshua is also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner.
	CHARLOTTE MAHAN esthetician & make up artist Getting her start over 14 years ago, Charlotte Mahan received her license in Aesthetics at the International School of Skin and Nailcare in Atlanta and was named best facial in Atlanta by Allure Beauty Magazine. Her passion for make up and strong desire to succeed lead the way to becoming National Make up artist for a major cosmetic line. Because Charlotte knows how important it is to build relationships with our guests, she has also been given the opportunity to work as Salon Coordinator at Helen Charles Salon.
